Excavation in trenches (soft & loose soil) n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth for laying of UG Cable including getting out all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for spreading & leveling dry clean "Ganga sand" in trenches for cushioning UG cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for sub class 'B' old size of Brick laid with width equal to its length of birick in trenches for cable protection of LT Cables complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for boring through existing road with trench less method for passing of UG cable all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement from trenches /fixed on pole / wall GI pipe of 80 mm dia light grade,IS-1239 marked with required size of flat iron clamp complete with bolts, nuts and washers of sizes 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement from trenches /fixed on pole / wall GI pipe of 50 mm dia light grade,IS-1239 marked with required size of flat iron clamp complete with bolts, nuts and washers of sizes 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S& F in replacement insulator pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green including galvanized MS spindle two GI Washers and one GI Nut 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement powder coated factory made panel board outdoor type CPRI approved confirming to IP 64 protaction, of suitable size made of Robust steel sheet construction made from min 2.10 mm steel sheet with countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed gasket arround doors, with provision of Lock inserts, earthing straps, door stay and grouted in ground by using angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate.(Note :- Old unserviceable Panel Board along with its accessories is property of department and deposited in MES store yard 7 AFH.) M&L for replacement of LT panel board outdoor type factory made and tested (CPRI approved) 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply having busbar chamber 800 Amps Aluminium strip TPN, installed on porcelain insulators, and copper conductor wiring , the panel shall be dust and vermin proof and made up of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame work , powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer out side and in side, front and rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables, IS -694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sq mm and suitable to accomodate and including the following acessories:- (Note :- Old unserviceable Panel Board along with its accessories is property of department and submitted to store yard)

(a) INCOMING :-

(i) MCCB 4 Pole 630 Amps 50 KA alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting ( ICS= 100% ICU) -02 Nos.

(ii)Volts meter digital type 0-500 Volts complete with salector switch -02 Nos.

(b) Change over switch 630 Amps - 01 No.

(i) MCCB 500 Amps 4 Pole 36 KA alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting ( ICS= 100% ICU) -02 Nos.

Note for item no. 38 & 39 : (i) Panel shall be mounted on brick work plate form duly plastered and PCC copping work on top surface , height shall be 0.60 m above the GL and 0.40 M all around the FPB all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated heavy duty electric weather proof flat twin core cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F in replacement of initially charged battery 12 volts, 150 AH, having minimum 36 month guarrentee, including filling with necessary electrolyte solution all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Guarrentee card shall be submitted along with purchase voucher and serial number of battery shall be recoreded in MB

S & F in replacement on load change over switch, 800 Amps, 4 pole with sheet metal enclosure, panel mounted type with fixing arragement in existing wall angle iron frame 50x50x4mm with welding work and PCC works etc including making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to phase sequence controler of any capacity & of any make by removing out the burnt wiring from the panel after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the cable, checking it thoroughly for working at auto & manual mode and rectifing them, including overhauling of the contractor, replacement of wornout connector,wiring, nuts & bolts,minor part of contactor etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single phase preventer for phase controler all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of contactor MNX 110 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of contactor MNX 250 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of phase sequence relay suitable up to 200 Amp phase sequence corrector all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for replacement of MCCB, 4 pole adjustable type 36 KA, 400 Amps alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting ( ICS= 100% ICU) all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.. M & L for replacement of MCCB, 4 pole adjustable type 25 KA, 250 Amps alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting ( ICS= 100% ICU) all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.. M & L for replacement of MCCB, 3 pole adjustable type 16 KA, 125 Amps alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting ( ICS= 100% ICU) all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.. Note : Necessary addition /altration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out including sprinkling anti vegitation chemical for complete area with spray machine complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for in replacement of bus bar chamber, fixed on wall, 8 ways, 250 Amps ,415 V powder coated, water & vermin proof , IP-66 protection duly provided with front openable door incl provision of TPN copper bus bar heat shrinkable colored PVC sleeve coated for phase and neutral complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old unserviceable enclosure along with its accessories is property of department and submitted to store yard.)
