Construction of Infrastructure at STC, BSF, Udhampur (J&K). SW: Evaluation of Soil bearing capacity of 120 Men Barrack & Training Block and Topographical Survey of Training Block.

Drilling/Boring 100 mm dia upto 15 mtr. depth in rocky strata including boulders, Collection of Disturbed/ Undisturbed Samples, their complete laboratory, analysis, cohesion & angles for internal friction, preparation of Bore hole Logs and Evaluation of safe Bearing capacity. Preparations of Geotechnical Test Reports in Triplicates Copy including Soft copy complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out digitalized topographical land survey with Total electronic stations of high precision, making position of each physical feature on the ground true of their positions like building, sewer lines/storm water drains with their invert levels, manholes with their invert levels., G.I/C.I. lines. Trees (giving their girth, height and foliage etc) Overhead HT/LT electric lines, transformer, substations, OH Tube wells, electric and telephone poles, roads, paths, existing permanent/ Temporary structures. fencing boundary walls/lines, gates drain etc. i/c height of inaccessible structures like HT lines, OHT including Preparation of the contour plan at suitable contour intervals, depending upon the topography of the terrain and preparing drawing in A-1 size, recording reduced level at 5.0 m intervals, points of abrupt change in levels, fixing temporary bench marks (T.B.M) and mark them on ground with paint as required, calculation of area and other details of surveyed area with standard surveying software programme. Submission of three Nos. Colored drawings along with 3 Nos. Soft copies on 03(Three Nos.) compact disc (C.D) and 03 (Three Nos.) Pen Drive (Both) to be 1:1000 or suitable scale and plotting on AutoCAD and shall consist of contour plan showing all existing physical features with assumed Northing, Easting as required Rate shall include cost of all operations described above i/c labour, machinery, stationery, T&P and clearing of minor jungle. Delay due to topography of area etc and nothing extra shall be payable. The payment will be made for area actually surveyed. The survey work will be carried out as per standards norms and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
