EARTH WORK & SITE CLEARANCE. M&L Bringing approved earth from outside MD land and forming embankment including raising earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc not exceeding 1.50 metre from the base complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this item earth shall be tested/checked for suitablity to use.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION. S&F Flame proof switch fuse unit with HRC fuse 16 Amps double pole all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 240 volt AC and including connected with twin core twisted flexible wire copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells model No. Ventil Air-DB or equivalent from make list as specified in PS.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electric plate No 3 all as specified and indicated complete with funnel, charcole, dust, salt etc and GI protection pipe, light grade 20 mm bore and GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade, Concrete earth pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 cover slab reinforced with 6mm dia mild steel round bar @ 10cm centre to centre both way and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary testing complete all as specified and as directed. EOT CRANE. Design, supply and installation of flame proof EOT crane, double gudder type having span of 9.5 m, long travel 36 m, clear hook height 3.0 m and weight lifting capacity of 5.0 Ton considering following conditions complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Internal dimension of Bldg is 36m X 19.4m X 5.2m with partition wall at middle. (ii) Clear hook height available from FFL is 3.0m (iii) The operation and micro speed of crane should be as following:- (a) Main Hoist:- 3-4m/min (b) Micro in main Hoist - 0.4 m/min. (c) Cross travel - 5 m/min (d) Micro in cross travel - 0.5 m/min (e) Long travel - 10-15 m/min (f) Micro in long travel- 1m/min (iv) EOT crane fitted should be fire/flame proof and comply with the safety specification given in the STEC pamphlet No 7. (v) Design of crane and proof checking of design from Govt Chatered Engineers within 2months from the date of accept of tender.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of DB-1 LT panel of size suitable to accomdate mentioned accessories , factory made (CPRI approved) indoor cubical compartmental type double door both side openable with hinged doors & locking arrangement made out of not less than 3 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50 x50 x6mm angle iron frame including earthing stud lebeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrious enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500Volts grade with necessary wiring with PVC sheathed strander al conductor of appropriate length size with and including fixing lugs bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply of 30W +/- 5 % Top Maintainable LED Street Light luminaire with System luminous efficacy of >110 lm/W. LED Street Light shall be made up of Die Cast aluminium housing suitable to mounted on 40 mm OD bracket arm. Luminaire compartments should be hermitically sealed to achieve IP 66 ingress protection. Optical compartment shall be provided with tempered protective custom moulded polycarbonate diffuser, thermal, shock and impact- resistant, (IK – 08), while control gear shall be provided with die cast aluminium cover for safety. High efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCPCB. Lumen efficacy of LED > 140 lm/W with PC lencs to ensure better uniformity of light distribution. The LEDs used in Street Light should be CCT of 5000 K to 6500K and CRI of Minimum 70. LED Driver shall be Isolated type (SMPS based constant current supply), with proper heat sink for heat dissipation suitable to operate in input voltage range of 140V to 270V (nominal rated voltage – 240V) with Power factor greater than 0.95 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 10% should be integral to the luminaire. The Driver output should be ensure safe operating and maintenance operation. LED driver shall have output short circuit & over voltage protection, surge voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/sec 13 inbuilt. S&F Cable Junction Box 200X160X98mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed. DG SUPPLY. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Supply and installation of 500 KVA, Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy and concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed comprising of following:- A. a) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. b) Flexile coupling with guards. c) Dry type air cleaners with filters. d) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter. e) Anti-vibration pads-quantity and type as recommended by manufacturer. f) Fuel injection system with injector pump, nozzles, governor(electronic) of suitable capacity. g) Electric start equipment. h) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 x 2 V of suitable rating with charging alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturers make: Exide along with copper battery lead and connector. i) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40mmX40mmX5mm and 150mm height. j) Standard safety device. k) Service fuel tank of suitable capacity as recommended by the OEM including fuel connection pipes complete with the accessories.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION S&F H beam pole 150mmx150mm, 16 Mtr height ( weight 37 Kg per RM) complete. Note :- PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles 16 metres long complete with M.S. (600 x 600 x 6 mm ) base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, PCC fdn and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S&F 15 mm bore angle cock brass CP high pressure with capstan head long shank screwed down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CP bib tap 15 mm bore of pipe cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL. S&F 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete for 10 users. Septic tank shall be installed as per manufacturer's instructions.

Construction brick masonry Soakage Well for 10 users all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Internal Electrification Supply and fixing Distribution board flame proof 3 phase, TPN 4 ways including MCCB TPN 63 Amps 16 KA as incoming and MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- MCBs will be measured and paid saperately under relevent item of BOQ.

PRIME COST SUM. The prime cost is to used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1(v) and 5 of IAFW-2249. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs. 9,00,000.00 for Provision six sets of Steel Roller Treadway (Each Set consists of two Nos Steel Roller) in all the 03 Igloo Buildings as approved by GE. (b) The contractor is to quote the amount in the money column i.e. in Col 'F' adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes :- (i) Item(s) covered under Prime COst Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote amount adding over the amount of prime cost sum to cover his overhead and profit against Srl Item No 15.41(a).

SCHEDULE "A" PART-XIV (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs. 190700.00 indicated in Tender shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
