Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen V.G.-10 using presure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/Painted surfaces cleaned with Mechnical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including all cost of labour, T&P, Machinery material etc as per direction of E/I, including all type of taxes, cess etc but excluding GST.

Providing & laying bituminous concrete Grading-II with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bitumenious (VG-30) binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site. Laying With a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollar to achieve the desired compaction.
