Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead (wooden/ concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) for thickness of tiles upto 25mm including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Demolition above G.L. up to floor all level including disposal of unserviceable materials un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15cm thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts nad other attachements etc. complete and stacking them including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-Not exceeding 3.00Sqm in area.

Dismantling 100mm dia old C.I. Pipes including excavaton and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes and lead at site within all leads and lifts ncluding carriage of materials.

Demolition of cement plaster from RCC wall surface masonary wall etc. complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge for doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

For shutters of doors windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/ panelling shall be paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazing in Powder coated aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.):- Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 250x16mm size anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 200x10mm size aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing bright finished hydraulic door closer of superior class (confirming to bureau of Indian Standards) with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying double charged vetrified tiles 600mm x 600mm x 10mm of Nitco/ orient oe equivalent, shade and colour in skirting risers of steps and dado of approved shade laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying double charged vetrified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm X10mm of approved shade and quality in grey/ coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

15mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre.s) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design/ shade (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Second class half brick masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
