The excavation of 2 No foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that No rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO Norms & relevent IS Specification.

Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminum & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor

Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO Norms.

Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of 25/63/100/250/400 KVA T/F on Double Pole/Plinth with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All necessary materials such as Holding clamp, Al.Lugs (Confirming to IS 8309), Z Clamp, Nuts & Bolts will be supplied by the Contractor.

Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work)

Providing & installation of Neutral & Body pipe earthing for distribution transformer above 100 kVA using (1.2 to 1.5) inch dia GI pipe electrode with 40ft deep boaring/or upto water lever, including excavation, boring, charcoal& salt filling, watering arrangement, GI strip connection, testing of earth resistance as per IS:3043 in all respect.

Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ABC Cable (Size may vary) of LT Line with fixing of Distribution Box with Clamp, Insulated Dead end clamp with I hook, Suspension clamp with I hook(Insulated), LT insulated Piercing connector, XLPE 1X35 Sq.mm. Al. cable for enerzing DB, XLPE 1X16 Sq.mm.

Laying and dressing of under ground 11 KV XLPE Cable (Size may vary) by Horizontal drilling method as per RESPO norms. The Depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required.

Laying and dressing of under ground 11 KV XLPE by Digging method using sand & Bricks as per RESSPO norms.

Laying and sagging of overhead 11 KV XLPE Cable as per site required.

Dressing, Tagging and Safe Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable under Concrete roadside trench with necessary material. (All Necessary Materials provided by Contractor)

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help of first class brick & 9" masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely and plastering outer surface as per RESPO norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4" RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 Nos. ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor.

Grill fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESPO specification.

Shifting of existing Transformer from its existing place to new site with complete work

Supply and Complete Installation of 2 Nos. Henley Type Tailless Unit 300 AMP in Box using LT XLPE 1X240 Sq.mm. Cable, LT Crimping Lug, GI Nuts & Bolts etc (as per site requirement) on 11/0.4 KV Distribution Transformer. (Only LT XLPE 1X240 Sq.mm. Cable will be provided by Department) Specification of Henley Type Tailless Unit 300 AMP described as below- 1. Supply, fabrication, erection of LT Pillar Box for Tailless Unit after making Plinth of Height 300 mm above ground level LT Pillar Box Size- 1650X1050X520 mm with Gate and Proper Locking arrangement (Canopy of 15 Degree), should be made of Galvanised steel sheet. Including Earthing of Pillar Box. All work will be done as per RESSPO Norms & relevent IS Specification.

Supply and complete installation of SMC Box of size 450x375x200 mm for 25 kVA to 100 kVA Transformer on Pole (Box made out of (Thermostate Plastic) Sheet Moulding Compound by the process of Hot Press Compression moulding confirming to IS: 13410, SMC base or Doors shall not soften or bend on Heating, Doors fitted to Base by concealed hinges, Thickness- 2mm, Tolerence : +/- 5%) including provision of LT Fuse Protection set suitable for Transformer (All material including Aluminium Lugs, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts etc shall be supplied by the contractor.)
