Taking up defective 20mm bore GI/CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead from ground, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 01 here-in-before but 25 mm bore GI/CI water mains.

All as per ser item No 01 here-in-before but 50/63 mm bore GI/CI mains.

All as per ser item No 01 here-in-before but 100 mm bore GI/CI mains.

Supply, laying , jointing of 100mm bore centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for potable water with flanges are welded on both ends of the barrel confirming to IS 8329/2000 in lengths 6.0 meters/ 5.5 meters / 5.0 meters/ 4.0 meters for classification of K-9, PN-16 (including rubber gasket & nut bolts) with cement mortar lining inside the pipe and with out side zinc coating as per IS 8329/2000 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 05 here-in-before but 150mm bore.

Supply and laying 100mm bore pipes ERW steel including MS flange as per ASA 150 flange of thickness not less than 6mm as per IS 1239 (2004) 6.00mm thick and including cutting work, welding work laid in trenches/open complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 07 here-in-before but 150mm bore.

Supply, laying and fixing 20mm bore steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches/open complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 9 here-in-before but 25mm bore.

All as per ser item No 09 here-in-before but 50 mm bore.

Supply and laying 20mm bore 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 6 (PN-20) and PP-R plain fittings laid in wall/floor complete including fittings and all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of DI raising spindle type sluice valve both ends flanged of size 150mm dia, ISI marked, IS 14846, pressure PN 16 with SS spindle with clamps and check nuts, operating hand wheel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of unserviceable DI non raising type sluice valve both ends flanged of size 100mm dia, ISI marked, IS 14846, pressure PN 16 with SS spindle with clamps and check nuts, operating hand wheel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore gun metal gate valve, ISI embossed, conforming to is 781-1984, connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes and fixed including taking down of unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

S&F 25mm bore (OD) PP-R ball valves (plastic body), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for PP-R Pipes and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 20 here-in-before but 63 mm bore. (OD)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe lines, valve chambers, man holes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road up to a size not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of water pipe lines making good the disturbed surfaces so as to match with existing finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, cement motor in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000 mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 150 mm thick, 150 mm wide off sets all-round over 100 mm thick hard core, brick masonry walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth, without using extra cement internally and 159mm below GL externally and top of floor including excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, 5 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DI flanged ''T'' type strainers with SS mesh of size 150MM dia, PN 16 including nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets complete all as specified.

S&F pressure reducing valve of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PPR tank connector suitable for HDPE water tank complete all as specified directed.

S&F ball brass valve of size 20mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified directed.

M&L for DI specials such as TEE of any size and radius, collars, tappers, tail peaces, caps and plugs for the size upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
