Brickwork in CM 1:5 (One Cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best quality 20mm thick Granite Slabs (Jet Black) (Super fine polished with Machine cut edges) in cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three M-sand) and pointing with white cement and colouring pigments to the colour of slabs including the cost of nosing, grooving etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mm X 450mm X 8mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed. etc., complete complying with standard specification

Manufacturing, supplying & fixing in position Steel windows glazed with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS7452/1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to lS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of Section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm anngle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point.M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing’s,3mm pin headed glass is used for glazing and the glass panes shall be fixer, with good quality T.W.beeding size 15x15mm with screws for fixing. Grill members are painted with one coat of primer. Also rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing, one coat of primer, welding charges transportations to the work site, loading unloading and all other incidental chargers etc., completed.
