Note:- Bidder not having the Category c(v) Mechanical Laundry, will upoad the MoU from one of the OEM of the Laundry plant in Technical Bid otherwise bid will be disqualified. M&L for routine preventive and periodical maintenance of following Laundry equipments installed at Military Hospital JRC including repair/replacement of major and minor spare parts (except srl item No. 11 to 59) of equipments/machinery, required during AMC without any extra cost to Govt by the expertise of any OEM in Mechanical Laundries:-

Note: - Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be include the following: - (i) All relevant documents must be submitted for approval before entering into AMC with firm. (ii) All minor defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 Hrs for above mentioned Laundry Plants/machineries. Replacement cost of defective parts is to be included in above mentioned AMC Rates except items mentioned at srl No to . In case of delay a recovery of Rs 500/- per machine/day shall be made from the contractor dues. (iii) AMC includes monthly visit of qualified and experienced technician/engineer and Inspection, dismantling and taking down the unserviceable items in connection to carry out necessary repair/maintenance of above mentioned machines of Laundry Plant and replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing is rquired so as to make the machine functional in all aspects. (iv) Descaling/Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints ,union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipelines. (v) The cost of transportation if any required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Contractor must have to ensure that machine is functional in all respects. The contractor will maintain daily record of machines about functioning / non functioning duly signed by JE E/M & Engr-in-Charge. The payment for machine will be paid for the day if the machine is working. No payment shall be paid if machine is found in non functioning condition.

(vii) The contractor shall make him acquainted/familier with the present condition of machines before quoting rates for AMC. No claim will be entertained on after stage on this account. (viii) The contractor shall have to replace any item of machine under AMC which is not mentioned in this BOQ as directed by engr-in-charge as per requirement of site . NO extra claim shall be entertained in this regrad.Rate to be quoted accordingly. Item may be any like solenoid valve, shocker, FRL, V Belt , spring of ewasher, Hose pipe, water level switch, steam flexible pipe, B/F actuator valve any type,Door Gasket, VFD , control circuit plate, FRL, PVC Pneumatc pipe, , cloth & Cover, conveyser belt, main bearing set roller, bearing set any type, flat belt iron work, chain sproket set any type, pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve,steam trap, SS flexible steam pipe, niplles any type, drum shaft, belt driven shaft,, door latches,timer, buffer, oilseal, limit switch, rectifier & element, all these items may be any type of existing machine.

M&L for routine preventive and periodical maintenance of Steam Boiler 600 Kg/Hr 03 Nos installed at Military Hospital JRC including repair/replacement of major and minor spare parts except srl No.3 to 51) required during AMC without any extra cost to Govt by the expertise of any OEM in Mechanical Laundries :- Make of machine : Fabtech Engineering The AMC Service package covers the following for steam boiler 02 Nos : i) Site visit for preventive maint and check up of Steam boiler will be carried out by service technician of OEM or as recommended by the OEM every month during the contract period. In the visit, technician will check and inspect both steam boiler plant system complete. ii) Contractor must submit the service reports every month from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/maint/replacement of spares/testing of Steam Boilers carried out during every month during the contract period. On Failure of non submission of report by him, a penel recovery of Rs 5000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. iii) Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling steam boiler -02 Nos, engineer shall carryout/supervise the descaling activity with Descaling Chemical (i.e. Chemical recommended by OEM) iv) Servicing/repair of all water pumps including replacement of unserviceable seals and glands , and servicing ,greasing /alignment of shaft/testing complete of all motors of both Steam Boilers. v) Servicing/repair/testing of electric control panel and replacement of unserviceable minor spares like meter , wiring etc complete of both Steam Boilers.

vi) Contractor must have to ensure that machine is functional in all respects. The contractor will maintain daily record of machines about functioning / non functioning duly signed by JE E/M & Engr-in-Charge. The payment for machine will be paid for the day if the machine is working. No payment shall be paid if machine is found in non functioning condition. Note for srl item No. 1 & 2 : One laundry machine technician to be deployed for day shift of eight hours on all working days. Rate deemed to be included in quoted rate. The technician will make daily attendance with JE E/M or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case technician is not present a penalty or Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied. Technician will also keep the plant room neat and clean. Necessary cleaning material will be provided by the contractor. The technician deployed should be in dress/uniform as directed by deptt.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steam boiler coil suitable for the steam boiler 600Kg/hr made out of seamless MS pipe 25 mm dia heavy duty or next higher size as reccomended by OEM, duly shaped for coil, jointed with MS sheet including replacement of old coil complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement lgnition transformer suitable for the steam boiler 600Kg all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement temp controller (DTC) 0 ot 400 Degree centigrade for 600 Kg boiler all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection all elctric, water, steam, air connections of any type of laundry machine i.e washer extractor, drying tumbler, hydro extractor etc and taking down for repair work/replacement of frame including any type lifting equipments required and replacing the following items as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed:-

C section channel or any other cross section off size or reccomended by the expertise of any OEM in Mechanical Laundries for Base frame.

SS 304 sheet 18 SWG for machine body of size as required for different cover sizes.

M&L for painting of laundry machine base frame & internal MS frames by two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of MS pipe as per colour code by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement over load relay 2.5 to 4 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Cleaning washing ball bearing with kerosene Oil, greasing and filled fresh grease of existing grade Make : Castrol, refixing to its original position and testing commissioning complete all as specified.

Any other defective part or part which is likely to fail and not present in schedule and need to be replaced for making machine serviceable for proper operation shall be replaced by contractor at no extra cost and cost of item is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. Cost of T&P and transportation is deemend to be incuded in quoted rates. 3. If any defect occur till next service during CA period then contractor will carry out repair and replace the defective part of machine at no extra cost.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning complete of direct drive Industrial Hydro Extractor top loading of capacity 25 Kg or next available higher capacity, inner drum directly mounted on the drive motor, door lock mechanism with limit switch suitable for operation on AC electric supply 415 volt 3 phase, 50 c/s, base frame complete all as specified & directed with following specifications:- (a) Basket Volume : 115 Ltrs (approx) or higher capacity recommended by OEM. Provided power ON and brake indicator.  Power on: Indicates availability of the incoming power supply to the machine.  Start: Press the push button the machine get started under normal conditions.  Stop: Press the push button to stop the machine.  Timer: The timer is provided to set the required total time of the extraction. (e) Inner Drum / Basket : Made of Stainless Steel sheet of SS 304 grade with perforated basket. (f) Outer Drum : Made of Stainless Steel SS 304 grade. Supply and replace sealed maintenance free battery 42AH, 12V for online UPS 15 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of power backup of UPS consisting 12 Volt 7.2 AH 06 Nos batteries in Microtek online UPS 3 KVA all as specified and as directed . Note : 6 Nos battery shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for servicing of online UPS 15 KVA 3 phase in 3 phase out of model 9 LLTEM of any service provider by cleaning dust from all electronic parts with blower and cleaning brush checking serviceability of all electronic parts including IGBT's SCR diode, HBC fuses, Capacitors, charger card, IP sense TX PCB, O/P sense TX PCB, protection card, SMPS card, driver card, LED display module, DC capacitors, AC fans, CD MCB's wiring, copper strips and replace if any part found defective, cleaning and greasing battary terminals of 30 Nos batteries all as specified and as directed. Note:- i) Servicing/repair job will cover complete repair/replacement of parts of UPS except battery. ii) Each job will cover 6 month warranty on repair work, no extra payment will be made to the contractor during this period for any serviceability check and repair work.

Material and labour for AMC for LED shadowless OT light dual dome type four Nos by any OT light service provider as per AMC schedule and attending break down / repair work as per user requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Successful bidder will have to submit AMC from any OT light service provider within one week of acceptance of contract. (ii) AMC will cover complete repair/replacement of US parts of lights except UPS.

Material and labour for AMC for online UPS 3 KVA single phase four Nos of Microtek by engineer of Microtek company as AMC schedule by cleaning dust from all electronic parts with blower and cleaning brush checking serviceability of all electronic parts , wiring, copper strips and replace if any part found defective, cleaning and greasing battary terminals, attending break down/repair wirk as per user requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Successful bidder will have to submit AMC from OEM i.e. Microtek for 04 Nos UPS 3 KVA within one week of work order of contract. (ii) AMC will cover complete repair/replacement of unserviceable parts of UPS excl battery.

S &F Labour only for locating the fault in EOT Cranes any capacity make & type including rectification of minor defects such as tightening of nuts & bolts, checking and rectfying loose connection of control panels accessories and current collectors, replacing of fuse wire etc to keep cranes functional complete all as directed.

Replacement of brake lining with rivets 2 Ton to 5 Ton EOT Crane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L re-winding of electric motor 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 Volts with super enameled copper conductor as per existing size varnishing drying etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete painting to EOT crane 2 to 5 TON including removal old rustered paint, filling the cavities with fillers and making smooth surface by applying sand papaer and then applying one coat of primer & two coats of yellow colour synthetic enemelled paint and re-writing SM No on the front side of the plant as per MES specification as directed by engr-in-charge.

Complete painting to EOT crane 10 to 20 TON including removal old rustered paint, filling the cavities with fillers and making smooth surface by applying sand papaer and then applying one coat of primer & two coats of yellow colour synthetic enemelled paint and re-writing SM No on the front side of the plant as per MES specification as directed by engr-in-charge.

Replacement of strand steel wire rope 10mm suitable for EOT crane complete all specified and as directed.

Servicing of 2 Ton cranes comprising of the following :- (a) Detail inspection and Dismantling of Crab Trolley at a Height of 7 Mtrs. , including Gears / Wheel, Shafts, Hand Chain Wheels etc. (b) Re-fixing of the dismantled parts after its repair and Tightening of all Bolts & Nuts (c) Resetting by re-adjustment of Gear Train, Chain Wheel and Chain of the Crane (d) Re-setting properly the Control Gear box after servicing complete (e) Re-adjustment and servicing of complete Locking system of C.T. Motion / L.T. Motion / Hoisting motions including Geared Coupling system of the crane. (f) Servicing of whole crane parts completely like greasing, claening and replacing of gear oil. (g) Calibration of VFD drive complete. (h) Greasing of all parts(grease cost deemed to be included in quoted rate) (i) Checking of gear oil in gear box and topping up if necessary (Flushing & topping gear oil shall be paid under relevant item of BOQ). Checking the wiring connections in control panel & other accessories. Note:Test Report of crane inspection from autherized inspector shall be submitted by the contractor once in CA period.

Servicing of 5 Ton cranes comprising of the following :- (a) Detail inspection and Dismantling of Crab Trolley at a Height of 10 Mtrs. , including Gears / Wheel, Shafts, Hand Chain Wheels etc. (b) Re-fixing of the dismantled parts after its repair and Tightening of all Bolts & Nuts (c) Resetting by re-adjustment of Gear Train, Chain Wheel and Chain of the Crane (d) Re-setting properly the Control Gear box after servicing complete (e) Re-adjustment and servicing of complete Locking system of C.T. Motion / L.T. Motion / Hoisting motions including Geared Coupling system of the crane. (f) Servicing of whole crane parts completely like greasing, claening and replacing of gear oil. (g) Calibration of VFD drive complete. (h) Greasing of all parts(grease cost deemed to be included in quoted rate) (i) Checking of gear oil in gear box and topping up if necessary (Flushing & topping gear oil shall be paid under relevant item of BOQ). Supply, installing, commissioning and testing of factory made LT panel board (out door for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply) cubical type suitable size, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA epoxy powder coated sheet and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA epoxy powder coated sheet, factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns, totally enclosed busbar chamber fully comparted type to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening and having provision for front and rear side opening with double door with hinges including locking arrangements (chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock) including provision of rubber beading and stainless steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof, provision of air fins for ventilation, The Four Pole Aluminium bus bar shall be insulated with colour code heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulator of capacity 35MVA at an interval not more than 250 mm through out the length of each bus bar, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and 04 No legs made from angle of size 40 x40 x5mm, legs shall be 750 mm long, 300 mm grouted in blocks of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 450 mm ground clearance including necessary form work, excavation and earth work, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull and bones duly riveted/pasted to the panel door, complete including all connections incoming / out going out going comprising with following accessories and including :-

(a) Bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system of rating 600 Amps made out Aluminium strip minimum 900 MM long of suitable size with coloured heat shrinkable sleaves in four colours (Red, yellow, blue and black) fixed on resin cast insulators including galvanised nuts, bolts and washers etc fitted with and including the following :- (ii) INCOMING : - (a) MCCB 400 Amp, 415 V, 50 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release release , ICS=ICU=100%. 01 No. (b) Panel meter of size 96x96 mm with LCD display , accuracy class 1.0, having parameters Voltage, Current, , including suitable CT complete all as specified, duly prewired with suitable size of copper insulated FRLS wire with universal code including suitable CTs complete. (c) Indicator with LED lamps for RYB , 3 Phase with MCBs set of three -01 set (iii) OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 200 Amp, 415 V, 36 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release ICS=ICU=100%. 01Nos. (b) MCCB 100 Amp, 415 V,25 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal and Fixed magnetic release ICS=ICU=100%. 03Nos. (c) MCCB 63 Amp, 415 V, 25 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal and Fixed magnetic release ICS=ICU=100%. 03Nos.
