Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level: Tor Steel: including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) complete.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (tourty milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete including the cost of torm work in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure as per drawing and MORD technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of formwork for plain/reinforced concrete in Retainingbreast wall as per drawing and HP PWD Technical specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of tranporation in all leads lift and all incidental charges.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia meter PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (v): 20 (h) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7. Including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transporsation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Backfilling of Granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall, breast walls, retaining walls and parapets up to all heights, depths and levels complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 (one thousand two hundred four point three point eight) , including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Suppiying and tixing wovenplains G.l. wire fencing of mesh 50mm to 150mm to any type of standard rails, strainging bolts. etc. includinja provision of binding wire, staples etc. including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Pointing on Random rubble un-coursed stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement: 3 Sand).(a) Flush pointing including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed U shape open surface drain with side wall. 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand innd inside plastring with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand) including earth work and layıng 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 Sand: 10 graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate ot 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. 15 mm dia nominal bore including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality: 15mm nominal bore including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.
