Provision of retrofit emission control devices (RECD) on DG sets of various capacities under AE (E and M)-II Central Zone MCD.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD), applicability for phase I Genset of Capacity 62.5 Kva to reduce particulate Matter (PM), Hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emission by not less than 70% in 5 mode D2 cycle. working technology of RECD should be based on Catalytic conversion technology and outer casing of RECD should be made of SS-409. The RECD should be type approved as per the system and procedure of central pollution Control Board for emission Compliance testing of Retro fit emission control devices (RECD) for diesel power Generating set engine dated 01/02/2022, vide pollution control series PCLS/12/2021-22. Note:- RECD should not consume additional electricity/power either from the main supply or DG set for emission reduction, RECD should installed on top of the DG sets, with available space complete all as required at site
