Repair and Renovation of SDVO Office Building at Balasore for the year 2026-27

Removing Old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtr. lead. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation foundation in hard soil trenches within 50 meter initial leadand 1.5mt. Intial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bedincluding all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, Royalities, Taxes of all materials,all labours & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be takenon finished compacted section only)as perthe direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. as required levels laid in layers not exceeding(0'-6'') 15 cm thick including cost, conveyance,royalities of all materials and cost of all labour ,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering lying concrete watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour ,T&P etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm(1") thick grading concrete with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size hard broken granite chips on new work including watering and curring cost, conveyance, royalties of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

16 mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface or 10'' thick brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost , conveyance , royality of all materials , cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of vetrified tiles in floors of Size 600x600mm of approved make coformaing to I.S:13755 laid on on 25mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:14( 1 Cement : 14sand ) and filling joint with white Cement of approved quality in slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones. ( For new work)

Fixing of vetrifed wall tiles in dados, skirting riser of stepps 20cmx30cm / 20cmx20cm special plane / printed series of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of tiles or stones.

Finishing wall surface with a coat of primer on new work to give an even shade including cost of brushes & putty including cost of paints , cost of all labour,T&P etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .
