Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres as per SS 20A including breaking clods,sectioning,ramming etc., complete as directed by the dept. officers for formation.(SI. No.61)

Providing and applying Tack coat 3 kg/10sqm over the WBM surface area including cost of Bituminous emulsion at the site including labour charges for preparing applying the surface and applying the required quantity of emulsion Bitumen as tack coat including hire and fuel charges for bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MoRD specifications.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 23.232 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete .
