Restoration of Damage of Wall/Bed of nallah flowing from DPS School downwards Christen Mohalla at spots. Contract No SDJ/W/83/ 2025-26

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Construction of temporary diversion bund by way of filling empty cement bags with sand including cost of sewing string and sand & placing in position.

Removal of unhygienic material (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per direction, all inclusive.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straighening, cutting, bending placing in postion and binding all complete. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars (Rate to Include Cost of Binding Wire)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Removal of temp diversion bunds

Carriage of stones for 6 km by MT incl loading and unloading complete

Carriage for disposal of surplus material from side by MT for an avg lead of 5km in all terrains incl loading and unloading complete

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
