Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable LT cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sl No. 1 above here-in-before but of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item Sl No. 1 above here-in-before but of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item Sl No. 1 above here-in-before but of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M&L for dry and clean local sand coushioning over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed

Material and labour for heat shrikable type LT Jointing kit for 1.1 KV XLPE cables of size 10-95 sqmm 4/3.5 core straight through joint complete including taking down old one. (Make Denson/ Multishrink/ 3M)

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick,buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground Level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip size 32 mm x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc, GI earth lead strip duly protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and 20 MM GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs, PCC (1:3: 6) type C1 as in concrete pit,50mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 as in cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both way and two nos lifting handle made cut of 10 mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), testing etc complete and as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including taking down old earthing plate & strip complete all as spd and directed.
