Repairing of power conductor when lowering of conductor is necessary.including laying of condcutor, making of compression joint, if any, rough sagging,tensioning of conductor,fixing dead-end assembly. Per conductor tension to tension.Complete job (one conductor per span) including all material only conductor will be supplied by the department.
Repairing of earth wire when lowering of Earthwire is necessary (Complete job) including compression joint if required.Laying of earthwire,tensioning,dead-end asembly etc.upto span length 500 meter tension to tension point.
Tightening of Nuts and Bolts of tower superstructures Replacement of missing ones. Upto 4.0Tonnes
a) Tower weight more than 4 tonnes upto 7.5 tonnes.
b) Tower weight more than 7.5 tonnes
Fixining of Missing members of various Towers including Fabrication,drilling as per drawing and carriage of all materials from Divisional stores to various sites( material will be issued from Divisional Stores)
Checking/ tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance.
Branch cutting :In a corridor width of 27 meter for 132 KV
Branch cutting :In a corridor width of 35 meter for 220 KV
Felling of trees and pruning of branches in the corridor
Hiring of Private Vehicle for Emergencies.
Dismantelling of tower superstructure incl. its Manual/Mechanical carriages upto Divisional Store and stacking thereof.
Erection of tower super structure incl. Manual/Mechanical carriages from available Source
Erection of ERS incl loading ,transportation from Pampore Stores,Unloading and manual carriage upto site, providing of backstays using wooden logs, shifting of conductor after fixing of extra conductor, insulators & hardwares. , Dismantelling of conductor, Restringing of conductor back on Tower , De-erection of ERS, return carriage to loading site, loading & transportation upto Pampore stores (Complete Job).
De-stringing of ACSR conductor incl. Discs, Fittings etc and its shifting to Divisional Stores incl. Manual/Mechanical carriages (Complete Job)
