Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour river sand for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . ( Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

M&L laying fly ash old size bricks , straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying and fixing 50mm nominal bore Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead / passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified (Excavation & Earth work , Mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

S&F pole mounting type FRP junction box factory made outdoor type light weight of size 250x200x105mm ,including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers , with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating , including MCB SP 2 Amps, 10 kA, -01 no. all as specified.

S&F 32 mm nominal bore GI pipe brackets made out of medium grade pipe of required length not less than 1.50 M consisting adapter to suit the opening of street light fitting, mounting brackets made out of 350 mm long or higher mild steel FI 40x6 mm required shape ( two Nos per GI pipe brackets ) duly fitted with 4 nos Mild steel bolts 10mm dia ,50mm long with nut and washers to poles etc. and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer; complete all as specified.
