Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm(One hundred milimetre) dia AC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and placing Reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in super -structure RCC Grade-M 30 (thirty) in super-structure as per drawing and MORD technical specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with readymix paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M-30(thirty) grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (One thousand Two hundred four point Three point eight) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. I. P.C.C. grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement :three sand: six graded stone aggregate).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purling connected to common rafters and the like. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. wire 5mm(five milimetre) thick corresponding to SWG-8 15cmx15cm (fifteen centimetre into fifteen centimetre) mesh including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 (Two) 900mm (nine hudnred milimetre) dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2(One cement:two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1108 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying rubble stone flooring laid in cement mortar 1:3(One cement:three sand) over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification and MORD technical specification clause 1303.(Bedding concrete to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement: four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty miliemtre)nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub-graded by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed as per HP PWD Specifications including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP PWD Specifications 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired denisty, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm(Sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven point two milimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (Two) as per MORD Technical specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm(Fifty three milimetre to Twenty Two point four milimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN(Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven point two milimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coaarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (Three) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provdiing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg.(Zero point eighty five kilogramme) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg per (Zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and clean with Hydraulic broom as per MORD technical Specfication Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying and rolling by mechanical means of open -graded premix carpet of 20mm(Twenty milimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point Two milimeter to Five point six millimeter) crushed stone aggregates @ 0.27 cum (Zero point Two Seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6 Kg. (Fourteen point Six Kilogramme) penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (viscostin grade-ten) per 10 (Ten) square metre to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (Thirty/Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to one hundred Kilo-Newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per MORD technical specification Clause 508 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying by mechanical means Type-B seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.8 KG (Six point Eight Kilogramme) penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (viscosting grade-ten) mixed with 0.06cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) crushed sand 2.36mm to 180 micron (Two point Thirty six milimetre to One hundred eighty micron) per 10 (Ten) square metre premixed in a suitable hotmix plant 30/40 (Thirty/Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting and rolling complete with a three wheel 80/100 KN (Eighty to one Hundred Kilo-Newton) static road roller as per MORD technical specification clause 510 using VG-10 (viscosting grade ten) at the rate 6.8 Kg.(Six point Eight kilogramme) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggreggate per 10 (ten) Square metre by mechanical means and rolling with power road roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
