Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Indoor type, step down transformer of 500 KVA capacity,11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 HZ, double copper wound type core, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural Air Natural(ONAN) with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having trapings at (-) 15% & +5% on HV side to changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after cotinuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius in oil as prevalling at site. The transformer shall be complete with the fittings and accessories comprising of items as mentioned in Annexure -1 of Schedule A - Note :- Annexure -1 of Schedule A is part of Scedule and uploaded with other tender documents.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bended galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor screening with extruded semi conditioning layers insulation screening with copper tape cover laid upto with PVC (ST-2) extruded, inner sheathing galvanized steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable confirming to IS-7098 (Pt-II) 11/6.35 KV grade suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core HT UG cable laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes & cable etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness shall be measured.
