Returning, filling in soil incl levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc .25cm in fdn trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screw-wed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long diameter of neck in exc 16mm and n.exc 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for new plastered surfaces of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L in repairs Aluminium composite panel sheet of 3.0mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwitched by 2.5mm polyethylene core with PVDF coating of 30.0 micron fixed over frame of aluminium tubular section 25x50mm.20.0mm thick, dully fixed to wall/ceiling with expansion fastner, having panels not exc 1200x1200mm with necessary silicon filling, in approved pattern as in column, beam, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary MS scaffolding required for work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F stainless steel tubing of any diameter of circular, square or rectangular in shape of grade AISI-316 (type Austenitic anticorrosive in nature) as in railings / grills / designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixing in any type of location incl taking down old railing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
