Material and labour for disconnecting of old pump motor and all connected items from existing site and deposit at AGE E/M store including transportation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal type pump set with electric driven motor 415V, 50 HP, discharge of pump 38 LPS at 50 Mtr head or nearest size available complete with fully automatic air contactor, star delta starter, 1460 rpm, 65 Amp including pressure guage complete, including proper allignment pump motor on baseframe made of mild steel of suitable size duly grouted on floor with connecting to existing inlet and out let pipe with suitable size flange , Stainless Steel nut and bolts and gasket, coupling arrangement with shaft, including making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall submit the performance curve of pump to GE for approval. The model of pump shall be got approved from GE, before taking procurement action.
Supply and fixing of Solar Pool Ionizer of capacity 2W, 6V for purifying water in pool consisting of copper electrode in length 100mm and weight approx 426gm. The Pool Ionizer shall be suitable for purifying 35,000 glns/unit (1,33,000 Ltrs) and shall confirm to CE/RDHS safety regulations. The unit shall include test strips to test the quantity of ions in water complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Milagrow (Model Aquasolarion) or equivalent.
