Regular order will be placed on bidders having satisfactory past performance credentials of supplying same/Similar item (Similar means goods/items of relevant category) to any Zonal Railways / Production Units within last 03 (three) Financial Years and current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening. Only such offers shall be eligible for placement of order. The bidder should submit documentary proof i.e R-Note, Inspection certificate along with Supplied PO, CRN/CRAC of GeM Contract etc in support of their claim of credentials /past performance along with offer. If the bidder submits only the PO copies, then railway reserves the right to verify the performance against such PO from the IMMS database. Only if satisfactory performance is found against such completed PO then only the performance shall be considered as eligible.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]
