Testing of water samples collected from HQTC main pump house / water distribution system / bore well out let etc. and carrying out potability analysis / requisite water quality parameters from any NABL approved laboratory and submitting the results as per the directions of Eng-in -Charge including necessary transportation and containers complete as per the guidelines of laboratory all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preventive maintenance of 60 HP motor pump sets by cleaning stator, rotor and servicing of pumpsets by replacing old gland packing, greasing in bearings etc and preparation of old painted surface and applying one coat of painting, complete including dismantling/separating of motor from pump and re-fixing the same after servicing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Respective spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Labour and machinery for lifting defective /unserviceable submersible pump from bore well vertical type multi stage, capacity 7.5/5 HP for repair / replacement of unserviceable parts such as bowls, diffusers, impellors, stainless strainer, NDE/DE bearing, rotor fitted shaft, thrust washers , elastic rings , diaghragm , pump shaft coupling etc. and re assembling the same after replacing any unserviceable spares as specified including necessary transport to workshop and bringing back, complete and installing & testing at the same location all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :bowls, Impellers, diffusers, Stainless stainer, rotor fitted shaft, thrust washers, elastic rings, diapraghm, pump shaft couplilng, bearings and rewinding etc will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down submain wiring 2.5 sqmm copper conductor in PVC conduit etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for glow sign board of size 1.20Mx 0.75Mx.20M with angle iron frame made of MS square tube of 2.0mm thick ,GI sheet of 1.0mm thick all around the frame except on front side and 25mmx25mmx1mm size outer aluminium frame with acrylic sheet, white letters on blue back ground including flouroscent light fittings, tube 1x20 watts, 3.no's fixed inside and necessary fixing arrangement. Glow sign board shall be fixed on GI tube of size 40mm medium grade 2.5 mt above ground level and 30 cm below the ground embedded in PCC foudation with 1:4:8 (40mm aggregate) of size 20cmx20cmx70cm, 2 No's all as directed. The sign board shall be internally pre wired with 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable complete including dismantling and taking of existing unserviceable all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note : The content and pattern of display on sign board shall be got approved by Eng-in-Charge prior to fabrication.
