M&L for excavating in post holes ( or similar hoels ) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete in PCC 1:3:6 Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs chain link fencing of 4mm dia Galvanised wire having mesh made by wires 0f 100mm x 100mm all as specified including dismantling existing fencing wire mesh any type /size complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Height of fencing shall be measured as per standard width of roll.)

M&L for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, including gates work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of pink primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes,pierholes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.etc complete as per specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 metres but not exceeding 500 metres and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded trap stone aggrgate in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing treatment complete including PCC and properly clean the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling By crack-X-Paste using appropriate material complete all as specified and directed

M&L for screed plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof surface, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc.complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetely as supply only under relevent item here in after)

M&L for 25 mm thick (average) cement concrete type B-0 (using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregates) as in RCC roof surface to horizontal and vertical surfaces , finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min), weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing not less than 150 gms/ Sqm), polymeric membrane shall be laid by torch application all as per manufacturer instructions, side overlaps shall be 75 mm and the ends shall be 100 mm and all overlaps and joints shall also be sealed by torch application and applying one coat of bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @ 1.2 kg/sqm. The surface shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-1984 @ 0.30 Kg per sqm, conforming to IS: 3384 before laying of APP membrane. The top layer of APP membrane shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint including groove cutting complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- The work shall be executede by the Authorised applicators of the company and Ponding test should be carried out after execution of the work.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, in 1 ltr container, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium flat section of 25x4mm including all fixing /anchoring arrangement on parapet wall of roof end to end termination of APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GI tubing medium grade with all fittings 15 mm bore fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking down old u/s tubing, complete all as specified

S & F in repair GI tubing medium grade with all fittings 20 mm bore fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking downold u/s tubing, complete all as specified

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) Bends 200 mm bore, with oval access doors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build incement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of Solar water heater including disconnecting from existing pipelines connection and reconeecting to new/same loaction including all connected items or as directed

Taking Out of copper pipe and connected items from VRF AC and reconnect again at new location with all connected accessories Including washers/connectors and refilling/topping up of refridgrent as required on site etc

M&L for gun metal gate valve forged with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for jointing iron pipes, non rising, forged brass spindle class-1, IS-778 marked of including taking down old unsv of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
