Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 75mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying XLPE cable, PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor, electric cable LT, 1100V grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying XLPE cable, PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor, electric cable LT, 1100V grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanised iron pipe laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F GI strip 32 x 6 mm for earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm X60cm X6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 1.5m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) & connected to main control board including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 cover & frame etc) including GI protecton pipe for earth lead complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, mass and for repairing to paths/ road & hardstanding etc. including necessary cutting of roads/ paths for passing of pipes and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L for 15 metre High galvanized mast light suitable for 10 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike, including RCC foundation as per height and High Mast shall be constructed of special steel plates conforming to S-355 grade as per BS-EN 10-025 with multiple sections of effective length, continously tapered, 20 side polygonal cross section, hot dip galvanised both internally and externally in single dipping manner, adequate door opening at base of Mast, the Mast suitable for wind speed of 50 m/sec, as per IS-875 Pt-III, bottom outer dia of the Mast not less than 360mm and top outer dia not less than 150mm, thickness of section not less than 3mm including necessary excavation and earth work.

Foundation for the Mast designed for SBC of soil 10 ton/sqm at 2m depth, with M-25 design mix concrete as per manufacturer's instruction with foundation bolts, nuts, base plate 520mm dia and out door stand mounted feeder pillar made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame and legs, 04 nos legs 750 mm long ,outdoor type with single door on front , duly powder coated with approved shade , 63 Amp MCB incomer, single dial timer switch 25A TP contactor for automatic control of luminaire with 2 No 9 A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 sqmm terminals outgoing terminal and raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning final, wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment with Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100Volts grade of size 2.50 Sqmm 3.00 Core are included complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 250 watt 230 V,AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66,protection, with impact and corrosion resistant,complete with driver and lamp. complete as all as specified and directed.

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubicle panel board compartmentalized with seperate bus and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS / IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (Manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad-locking facility.

Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards(02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall not be less than 1000mm x 900mm x 450mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity including taking down old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and directed:-

(i) Bus bar: TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating suitable rating provided with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on insulators for main bus bar and from main bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and outgoing MCCBs up to cable termination etc complete. (The rating of main bus bar shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of incomer and outgoing bus bar rating shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of each outgoing MCCB.) and Continuous earth bus with GI strip of suitable size capable for carrying full short circuit current for 1 sec shall be provided at bottom of the panel. (ii) INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 125A 4P 415 Volts, 50 HZ, , breaking capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release -01 No. (b) BUS BAR: 200A Aluminium TPN heat shrink insulated including all connection with aluminum strip-1Set. (c) METERING: Multifunction Meter (VAF+PF) with Ct’s & Set of R Y B Led Indicating Lamps -1Set.

(iii) OUTGOING- (a) MCCB 63A 3P 415 Volts, 50 HZ, , breaking capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release -03 Nos. (b) Earthing Terminals -2Nos. Note: (i) Factory made name plates with feeder names / Bldg Nos shall be fixed on relevant incomer / outgoing MCCB doors. (ii) The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the L.T. Pillar Boxes and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.
