M&L for Fly Ash glossy finished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6, including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Grey/red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, and dismantling existing interlocking paver block of any shape and size removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough to receive tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing as in floors / cills etc, and moulding at edges if required including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick black granite (of any type) work machine cut in any position bull nosed on front face, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointed with white cement with marble dust (1:2) and admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.
