Design Supply erection testing and commissioning of polygonal, stress fit at site type GI High mast of 20 Mtr height with hot dip galvanized as per BS 729 / IS2629 suitable for wind load of 50 Mtr/Sec. as per IS 875 and latest amendments. Mast shaft shall be in multiple telescopic sections (with base plate welded to the bottom sections). It shall also include head frame, steel wire rope of minimum 7mm dia (7/19 construction), non corrosive pulley, raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement to carry desire nos. of luminaires to maintain 20 lux average and minimum 5 lux as per ICAO,Anexxture 14 and CAR to illuminate the apron (approx. size of 117 mtr x 92.5 mtr & 117mtrx 70 mtr) plus two additional fittings carry assembly to illuminate the opposite side of apron complete with control gear boxes, electric driven integral power tool(completes with internally mounted suitable electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also manual tools for manual operation), required power & control cables including 2 runs of flexible minimum 6 core control copper cables of appropriate rating from bottom junction box to lantern carriage including SITC of 2 Nos Aviation obstruction lights with weather proof connectors, lighting arrester etc. as required for successful erection of high mast including necessary foundation bolts, anchor plates, nuts, washers, excavation for foundation, refilling, connection, fitting, fixing, plumbing, plastering, painting , RCC foundation (Design should be vetted from IITs/NITs/Jadavpur University/IISER/ NIT/NABL accredited laboratories etc.) as per soil bearing capacity as per IS 875 at site complete as required including supply and laying of required HDPE piping for incoming and out going power cabling to High mast and necessary GPS based civil survey to fix the exact location of the mast etc. complete as required as per site condition as per tender specification and as per the direction of Engineering In-Charge for successful commissioning of High Mast.

Design, supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of suitable LED Flood light Luminaries for 04 nos high mast suitable to operate on 230V AC power supply with minimum IP 66 rating with CCT of 5000 to 6500K (combination of symmetrical and non symmetrical if required) as per tender specification given and as per site requirement mounted at a height of 20 mtr for the illumination two nos apron of approx. size of 117 mtr x 92.5 mtr & 117mtrx 70 mtr so as to achieve desired lux level of average lux level of 20 Lux & not less than 5 lux at extremities as per ICAO,Anexxture 14 and CAR along with SITC of two nos additional LED light fittings of same rating for illumination of opposite side of apron i/c its connection, interconnection with weather proof connectors, weatherproof junction box and allied accessories,driver,counter weights etc. as required . (5 year warrantee shall be provided for complete fittings i/c driver by the manufacturer in favour of AAI) etc. complete as required as per site condition as per tender specification and as per the direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Supply of minimum 250 watt LED flood light of innovative die-cast Aluminium/Magnesium Alloy IP66 light fixture having minimum 35000 lumen output & minimum CCT of 5000 to 6500K i/c necessary electronic driver, high power LED lamp suitable to operate on 230V ac power supply with connector etc. as per tender specifications complete as required.(Each LED fittings should be double driver with minimum IP66 rating). (5 year warrantee shall be provided for complete fittings i/c driver by manufacturer/dealer in favour of AAI).

Supply of 3.5 Core x 240 Sq.mm size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 Core x 25 Sq.mm size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply of Control cable of following sizes solid annealed plain copper conductor, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed single layer of galvanized flat steel strip armoured and over all PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade confirming IS 7098 Part-I up to date amendments as required. a) 16 core X 2.5 sqmm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression gland and lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.Size:3.5 x 300 sqmm (Aluminium).

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 50 mm X 5 mm G.l. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required as per site condition.

Constructing brick masonry chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm of size in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) inside cement plaster 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement foundation concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all complete as per standard design with cover of 75 mm thick ness made by RCC in cement mortar 1:2:4( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in two piece with 12 mm rod handle in order to easy handling and as per Tender specifications and as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed by EIC as per site condition.
