Preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, quality, colour on these surfaces over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified

M&L Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolling with power roller exc. 8 tonne & n.exc. 12 tonne to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 75mm thick 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) type D2. as in sub base all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, includingfixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type, any size, making good to the disturbed surfaces by matching with the adjoining surfaces.

Dismantling Concrete Poles of any size and refixing prestressed concrete pole of 9 mtr long inclduing Excavation and foundation complete all as directed.

Dismantling HDGI Octagonal Pole of any size and refixing HDGI octagonal pole of 7 mtr long including Excavation and foundation complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cable FRLS drawn through and including medium grade, rigid, nonmetallic PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in wall/ roof /floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same discription but green in colour as continuous earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including 1.6mm thick fabricated MS sheet terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switchs/ switche socket combination/ fan regulators etc., covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet complete all as specified for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one Switch
