(SH:I Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment’s) Annual maintenance contract of Electrical & electronics Kitchen accessories such as Electric Chimney, Electric Hob, Microwave, Oven, Dish washer etc. installed at Hon'ble LG House & 6 Nos of Minister's Bungalow's & other officers flats i/c attending day to day maintenance / repair complaints, / checking of system, supply & replacement of all worn out / faulty spares & components etc. complete as required.

Servicing of Electric Chimney, hob and microwave by chemicals i/c proper cleaning of all the accessories once in two months or as and when required installed at 6 Nos of Minister's Bungalow's & Hon'ble LG House & Maharaja Lane etc. completed as required.

(SH:II Maintenance Pumps at Hon'ble LG House and Minister Bungalow's) Routine maintenance of motors and pumps (approx. 50 nos.) of capacity 0.5/1.5/5/7.5/10 installed at Hon'ble LG's Residence, LG's Sectt. and Minister's bungalow's i/c all minor repairs such as replacement of gland doris, nuts, bolts, greasing, rubber gasket i/c minor repairing in starter panels etc. excluding major work such as rewinding of motors, repairing of pumps, replacement of ball bearings etc. as required .

Rewinding, varnishing, baking of following rating 3 phase, 50 Hz. Pump motor with super enamelled winding wire i/c cutting the burnt winding wire i/c connections, testing , commissioning etc. as reqd. 4.1) 5/7.5 H.P

Lifting & lowering of 3/5/7.5 HP submersible/mono submersible pump motor set along with pipe lines with help of tripod stand & chain pulley block & carrying the same to work shop & back i/c cartage& loading unloading from site to w.shop as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of single phase submersible pump controller in sheet steel enclosure for a max. of 1.5 H.P output, 230 V, 50 Hz and 6.5-11 Amp. relay range with all accessories i/c ammeter, volt meter overload protection with running condenser i/c interconnections, connection, testing , commissioning etcas required.

SITC of 0.5 HP/0.37 KW pressure booster pump set with delivery/ suction of 32 mm x 25 mm with 6-24 mtr head range and 2000-4000 LPH discharge capacity i/c connections, testing etc as required.

Supply of Installation Testing and Commissioning of three phase open well ISI Marked submersible pump set of 1.5H.P.capacity suitable for operation on 415V(+-10%), 3- phase AC supply compatible for operations on dynamic variable frequency / speed having IP 68 Protection including providing required no's of heavy duty M.S clamps made of flat iron and suitable size top cover made of suitable thick MS sheet as required. and making of flexible IP68 cable connections etc. complete of suitable head and discharge as approved by engineer in charge as required.

SITC of 5 HP three phase open wellsubmersible pump set with delivery/ suction of 50 mm x 40 mm having discharge Rane of 400-180 LPM for a head range of 36-48 mtr i/c connections, testing etc as required
