ORDINARY SOIL (SS20B) Earth work excavating anddepositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt notunder water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam andordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Dismantling ,clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thick ness of wallsDismantling of RCC

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth to low lying areas through tipper lorries upto 2km lead including,labour charges for loading,transporting and unloading in low lying areas shown by the departmental officers

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mmx10gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. No.154 A)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M sand and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Supplying and fixing of Precast slab withcement concrete 1:2 : 4 mix using 20 mm metal for 100mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour and materials charges etc complete as per Standard specification

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)
