Comprehensive AMC of 13Nos. High mast systems installed at Ambikanagar and Dam sites

The prospective bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar work of High mast maintenance/erection work of value not less than Rs.2.05 lakhs from any Government/reputed organization in India in the last five years, i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. In proof of this, the bidder shall upload work order along with corresponding satisfactory performance report/work completion certificate issued by competent authority. The value of the completed works shall be given in weightage of 10% per year to bring to the price level of current financial year.

The bidder in his name should have an average annual turnover of minimum Rs.4.10 lakhs during any two financial years in preceding five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The agency shall upload Annual turnover certificate/statement duly signed by Chartered accountant for the two years. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of current financial year).

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract in last five years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard. Bidders shall furnish declaration in this regard (as in Schedule-G).
