Design fabrication and supply of oxidation chamber vertical type cylindrical pressure vessel made of M.S plate conforming to IS:2062- wall thickness 8 mm, 750 mm diametre and 1000 mm height with provision of inlet/ outlet pipe connecting air scouring arrangements with 2(two) coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint applied internally and 2(two) coats of synthetic enamel over 2(two) coats of red oxide primer applied externally. Providing & installation of 1 No. Chlorination Pump of six LPH litre per hour capacity of "Edose" brand or its equivalent i/c relevant electrical accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & installation of 1 No. Alum pot made by cast iron size 450X 300 mm 10 mm thick with all brass fittings all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a) Painting Details (i) Internal- 2(two) coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint (ii) External-2(Two) coats of red lead oxide primer and 2(two) coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (b) Support details- R.S joist of approved design and section to be provided

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²
