Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc.1.50 km but n exc.5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling & consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 tonne Power roller including watering as required, filling in hollows and depressions which occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Power roller for rolling is deemed to be included in this Item and no extra payment will be admissible on this account

M & L Soling (or subbase) with broken boulders or quarried stone of size ranging from 100 mm to 50 mm spread thickness150 mm interstices filled surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note : Power roller for rolling is deemed to be included in this Item and no extra payment will be admissible on this account

M&L plain cement concrete M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub floor Including preparing sub base surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 150 mm thick work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type M-15grade (Nominal mix) as in apex stone for edging of road set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming compound complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration for new or previously untreated plaster surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, exceeding 1.5 m deep but not exc 3.0 mtr and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 25(Design Mix) (20 mm graded stone aggregates) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, with rough finished surface of concrete, flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT deformed bars quality conforming to Fe 500 D, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars quality conforming to Fe 500 D, 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick 1:3 cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finised even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over and under 30cm in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M:30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M:30(Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate in walls,retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached plilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped wire mesh gabion boxes as per IS 16014-2018, Morth clause 2500 of required sizes, Mesh type 10cm x 12cm (D=100mm with tolerence of +/- 2%),(Zn +10%)(Aluminium alloy) plus Polymer coated, Mesh type wire dia 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), Mechanically/edged/selvedged, with partiotions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 Numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to the twist, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2/3.2(ID/OD) supplied @ 5% by weight of gabion boxes will be supplied incl of accessories such as U clamps, thimbles etc laid in position after filling of boulders of size 150 mm to 250 mm all as per detailed specification conforming to codes in vogue all complete as per direction and as shown on drawings. M&L for 12 mm rendering stone masonary surfaces or other than fair faces of brickwork in CM 1:6. to finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Loose filling with broken stone or boulders aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in cover weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS bar 25mm dia @ 20 cm center to center as dwell bars with bushes filled with gypsum fiber at ends of bars for construction joints at every 30m length of road complete all as specified and directed.
