M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old internal / external wall / ceiling / chajja surfaces by means of scraping machine including filling the cracks, remove the nails, vegetations etc and applying water proof cement based putty @1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm of approved make as mentioned in PS over the plastered/old painted wall after after scrapping to prepare the surface over and smooth complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Putty work will be carried out as per the folloing steps :- (i) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Trucare Putty mixture with minimum the mixing capacity 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. (ii) Apply the first coat the parepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Trecare Graco Spray Machine (Model : EH 230 DI) or equivalent having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 Ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" (iii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the putty surface.

M & L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper on wall/ceiling over a coat of primer with using airless technology with max working pressure PSI and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum material hose length 30 mtr, the spray should be approved by GE. Accessories for applying the exterior emulsion should be able to spray in hand to reach areas and achieve the good wounding and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat exterior water based primer with airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capeable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30mts, the spray should be as approved by GE complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of exterior weather proof 100% anti-algae, acrylic emulsion paint with silicon additives which offers anti algae high peroformance exterior wall finish with eight years of peroformance warranty by manufacturer applied using airless techonology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operationg single spray gun with a maximum material hose length 30 Mtr, the spary should be of approved make as approved by GE and accessories for applying the exterior emulsion should be able to spary in hard to reach areas and achive the good wounding and penetration of paints on the surface to achive exelent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No.7.00 here-in-before but applying on steel surfaces.
