Material & Labour for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirts and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen over black top surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for laying premixed bituminous macadam (using binder content not less than 4% by weight of total mix) rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using VG-30 paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- No extra payment will be made if binder is more than 4%.

M&L for Repair to potholes not exceeding 1.0sqm each, depth exceeding 30mm, including sweeping free from dust & mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5.0kg per 10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed & sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size & again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder & chippings) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using VG-30 with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- VG-30 paving bitumen content beyond 5.5% if reqd on account of design mix shall not be paid and shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Material & Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair duel (62 beads minimum) cat eye alluminium casted body of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm having ABS plastic strips containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (minimum 31 beads on each side) fixed with steel zinc plated nails/studs of 12mm dia 120mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair solar cat eyes (studs) made of aluminum dicasted body, 100% water proofing design according to 65, both side reflectors of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank not less than 66mm), of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.5V/ 0.3 watt one Ni-Mh or Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd, view distance upto 1000 meters and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixed in road by drilling hole and epoxy hardener etc, as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair superior quality Solar Panel Bright LED Flash Delineator with 36 hour backup and flash frequency of 74 times/Minute. The colour combination of delineator, white, red and yellow colour reflector and black outer sleeve ensure the delineator is visible day and night. The painted mild steel installed with required necessary excavation and embeded in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 fixing properly.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Polycarbonate Convex Mirrors (80 cm dia), polycarbonate body mounted on 16 gauge MS pipe of 75mm outer dia fixed 1.50 mtr above ground surface and 60cm below ground incluidng PCC foundation of size 30 x 30 x 60 cm with PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Bottom part of MS pipe welded with 5mm thick 125 mm x 125 mm MS plate for anchroage in PCC. MS pipe shall be painted stove enameled paint over a coat of red oxide, incl necessary earthwork excavation in any type of soil, removal and disposal of spoil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- Convex mirror shall be as per sample held in AGE (I) office sample room and shall be got approved by AGE (I) before fabrication of items in bulk.
