M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on external wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger coat all guard or equivalent

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Surface channel and drain etc and the like rounded or chambered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in top layers to hard standing, pavings, etc finished with even and fair with using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.
