CEILING FANS Taking out/down and opening of existing ceiling fans upto 1400 mm sweep,from any position, of any make etc & refixing at the desired location in the entire Cantt area including KK Range area after reassembling and after servicing/overhauling by thouroghly cleaning the shaft,rotor,stator and applying lubricant/grease to bearings and including repair /replacement of spare parts/ material/items,making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm upto 0.50 Mtr length including using material/parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The connected items required like capacitor,Bearings,Bush, Canopy,down rods etc will be measured and paid sperately under respective items. (ii) The rate for connected items required like Grease,nut bolt, washer insulation tape,1.5 sqmm are wire are deemed to be included in the work.(iii)The each job will be measured on the basis of complaints receieved from users.

Opening of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm sweep, of any make and old type pattern ceiling fan etc in the store yard of AGE E/M , removing burnt out defective unserviceable winding & rewinding in E/M Store with approopriate size of super enamelled copper wire including applying super enamelled varnishing over winding, drying etc, reassembling and fixing after repair /replacement of spare parts/ material/items at the desired location including making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm upto 0.50 Mtr length including using material/parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, clamps, washers etc including painting and cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) The connected items required like capacitor,Bearings,Bush, Canopy,down rods etc will be measured and paid sperately under respective items. (II) Ceiling fan winding,Repair/Replacement will be in the AGE E/M Store yard. (iii) Bush type old vintage,Fan winding is included in above quatated rate.

(ii) Contrcator has to attend the complaint within 24 Hrs after received from sub divsion (iii) Contrctor has to provide the Mobile no so that massges can be send on the same mobile No. (iv) For non collection of complaits from JE E/M Rs.500/- per day will be charged. (v) For Non attendence of complaints in 24 Hrs Rs.200/- per day per complaint will be charged (vi) Contractor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user with time & date.
