SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI (MISC ITEMS) :

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for DI Tee fitting size of 150mmx150mmx80mm confirming to IS: 1538-1993 including jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber and brick masanary in CM 1:6 of size 90cm x 90cm x 100cm (internal dinentions) with 15cm thick PCC foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone agreegate) 15mm thick plaster in cm 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC coping, using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) with necessary locking arrangement and pointed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil returning and filling in and ramming and removal of surplus soil upto a distance not exc 50 mtr. Complete all as specified and ditected.

Supply and fixing LED 20 watt LED tubelight fitting retro fit type with replacable rod complete with all accessories and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of 230V, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 25 watts LED street light fitings new generation energy saving ,environmental friendly ,long life,versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 with 10KV surge protection road way,luminaire with high power LED as light source and suitable drivers etc and connecting with 2 x 1 sq mm multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor from fittings to the ceiling rose and fixing to complete all as specified and directed.

S & F street light GI bracket of 0.6 mtr long made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole as directed.

S&F exhaust fan of 380 mm sweep 900 rpm with suitable size of MS louvers duly painted , connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible 0.5 sqmm copper conductor including all standard accessories complete all as specified and as directed

S&F exhaust fan of 200 mm sweep 900 rpm with suitable size of louvers , connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible 0.5 sqmm copper conductor including all standard accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling fan (white) of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rating copper wound with super energy efficient BLDC motor including remot,connecting wire PVC insulated twisted flexible 0.5 sqmm copper conductor canopy set, down rod, shackle kit, including all standard accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour ,refrigerant-R134a made out of stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and fabrication and testing of desert cooler in GI body sheet with and including cooler fan motor size/sweep 450mm (fan blade only) 230 Volts, Single phase 50 Hz, 1400 RPM, heavy duty single sheet, totally enclosed. The overall dimesnions of the desert cooler shall not be less than 690mmx 690mm x 1020mm with and including following accessories all as specified and directed. (a) Air grill of suitable size made out of 0.5mm PGI sheet including GSS arrangement with a knob for easy and smooth movement. (b) Front & Side panel made out of 1mm thick PGI sheet of suitable size and shape. (c) Water tank height shold not less than 11 inch made out of 1mm thk PGI sheet. (d) Submersible pump electric driven single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz of suitable discharge and head but motor capacity not less than 18 watt. Make : Khaitan/Crompton or equivalent make. S & F Cable route indicator LT with colour code (BROWN) LT 10cm dia made of cast iron 8mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25x25x5mm, 60mm long complete including fixing necessary excavation in soft/loose soil embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type C1 block of size 300x200x60mm (30cm) of PCC elevated above ground level) and removal of surplus soil and marked as LT cable/joint on circular cast iron plate with colour code complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for construction of Soakage wells of 3.00m dia and 4.5M effective depth, in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6) , walls of honey combed and solid RCC slab in M-25 concrete, Brick work in CM 1:4, filling with bricks bats, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CEJZ/2004/TD/S-35 dated 11.05.2004.

M&L for construction of Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft connection etc, suitable for 50 users, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge and shown on drawing No. CEJZ/2002/TD/S-2 dated 19.03.2002.
