Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The quantity of Multi colour sarees stated in the tender document is indicative only. The actual quantity of Multi colour sarees to be supplied by the Purchaser to the successful Tenderer and the same shall be binding on the successful Tenderer.

The period of the contract shall be one year from the execution of the contract.

During the performance of the contract, there is no provision for sub contract, sub lease and sub assignment.

For Micro and Small Enterprises registered with NSIC under a single point vendor registration scheme are exempted from payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the GO/Circular guidelines/amendments issued by the GOK from time to time.

Multiple resellers/bidders of a single OEM is not allowed to bid.

The Bidder should have average annual Turnover of 100% of the bid value per annum during the last preceding 3 financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 AND 24-25
