Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by on brick/concrete surfaces of sunken slab, mixed with liquid water proofing compound both floor and wall of sunken slab, the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly two coat cemetious/liquid waterproofing coating on sunken slab/ceiling/wall as per manufacturer instructions including cleaning surface complete all as specified. Make :- Doctor Fixit/ SIKA/FOSROC/STP/CHOKSEY CHEMICAL/APURVA INDIA/BOSTIK INDIA/STP/MARUTI BITUMEN.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 25 mm thick, as in Floors, etc., and finished the Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and fair with using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n. exec. 0.11 Sqm laid as in floors setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement sand mortar ( 1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 200x300mm to 8mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick pre polished granite (any colour) slab laid with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 bedding in door Chowkhat/Frame, Window Cill, plateform etc in floor and skirting/dado surface and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Moulding/rounding and polishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for cutting of seepage effected area near NT floor and Wall joint of pipe and applying cement paste mixed with RBR compound (Roff Bond Repair) mixed in ratio as per manufacturers instructions to stop the seepage, applied in sides of Nahni trap/floor traps, W.C traps, junction of pipes, bends & similar item/joints/ junctions to eliminate the seepage at the wall area n.exc 1.5 Sqm Each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industiral bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces over newly plastered surfaces of sunken portion complete all as specified.

M&L for liquid membrane waterproofing of IPS finish terrace surface after wire brushing & cleaning the surface from loose dirt, dust, mortar dropping etc. wash and clean the surface. Thereafter to fill any or all visible cracks with CHEMISTIK Crackseal Caulking compound allow to dry for 24 hrs. Thereafter to apply one primer coat of CHEMISTIK 102 WB allow to dry 4-6 hours.Then apply two coats of CHEMISTIK Roof Cote (High Build Acrylic Roof coating) at an interval of 6-8 hours between each coat minimum DFT 225 microns/coats and having elongaton of minimum 250%.

M&L for leakage/seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surface of roofs,exterior walls, parapet ,chajjas etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc. and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pedilite URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and crack less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow today for 8hrs under touch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 6 hours before next coat) etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction and all as specified and directed.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10 Km but n exc 15.00 Km out side MD land and filling in low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand for plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/out using extra cement in CM 1:4 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). Make: Sika, Fosroc or concressive 1450 of BASF complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000.(ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under item respective items of BOQ.(iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding.

M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 using 20mm graded Stone aggregate as in beams, Coln and chajja etc. in patches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Form work to sides and soffit of beams,Coln, slabs, chajja, landings and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for mild steel angle iron work as in Jacketing of existing column by cutting welding making holes and fixing by using angle iron/flat iron of FE-410 W grade complete including necessary skefolding upto four Storey building all as specified and as directed.

M&L for guniting RCC works in coloum, beams, slabs, ceiling,Chajjas,Facia, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 50 mm x 50 mm with 3 mm dia steel wire as facias/drops amd similar works etc and applying an epoxy resin concrete bonding agent treatment over the old concrete surface to bond with the new concrete with Nitobond EP of M/s Pidilite or equivalent (as per manufacurers instruction) to bond old and new concrete, guniting with minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total avg thickness shall be 25 mm thick with cement mortor (1:2) using ordinary portland cement of 43 grade mixing with water proofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. :- 1) Provn of required dia of TMT reinforcement bars and binding/welding with old bars. 2) After placing the reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbed with brush, washed with water and allowed to dry for guniting/concreting/plastering. 3) Work is to carried out in patches. 4) Rate for scaffolding etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.5) Guniting from Ground floor to four story building. 6) Anti-corrosive protective coating for old reinforced bars. 7) Finish the top surface of guniting even and fair with truly horizontal/vertical as directed by plastering.

Taking down old damaged grit wash Plaster including backing coat from wall of any description on brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing roof treatment from roof and parapet of any description and removing the rubbish all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Cleaning top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster by using manufacture sand in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for applying 3.00mm thick APP based polymer membrane as per manufacturer instruction, over 85/25 industrial bituminous coat @ 1.20Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface including sealing of joint by torch application and finishing top surface by applying Bituminous base allumininium paint two coats over APP membrene complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick masonry work, built in cement mortar of any description including rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Structural steel Beam and stanchion fixed in wall to support old slab by cutting and pining in existing walls cut to shape, drilled & welding etc, as necessary, gusset plates, each fixed independently, conforming to Fe 410w (GDE -E-250) and repair the hole with PCC 1:2:4 and making good with plaster complete all as specified and directed .

Repairs to old Steel gate of size 2.50m wide by taking down, cutting into the size, erecting in position and welding including necessary painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surface including cornices plasters by brooming down or steel wire brusing, scraping down, smoke spots and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair mild steel works Fe-410 or 310 as in framed works such as sun Shade/ grills/ guard bar/ Cooler Stand etc by using MS box/Angle section and MS flats with ends of bars shoulders and or riveted or forged into spikes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The amount of Rs 105450/- against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 143 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
