M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made, heavy duty full body digital, paving coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick each, for external use, laid/ fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tile grout to match the shade of tiles including dismantling old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for natural stone finish wall ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 6 to 7mm thick each (design as approved by GE/EIC) as on vertical surfaces such as walls, skirting, dados etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces by using necessary filling compound of Altek/ Birla white putty to obtain smooth and even finish with using sand paper and applying two coats of first quality exterior grade wheather proofing acrylic emulsion paint of any shade as approved by GE over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete as per manufacturer's instructions and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel/ iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Drilled holes at 4-7 Kg/cm2 pressure and heavy flextural strength of 110-130 Kg/cm2 & bond strength of 80-100kg/cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non shrink epoxy putty, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying a bond coat of Latex : Water : cement - 1:4:6 consumption @ 100Gm/Sqm on the brick wall surface by brush as per manufacturer's recommendations including curing, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing any kind of old or new debris / demolished building material outside A-1 Def land including loading in truck and conveying day to day basis to beyond the lead included in the rates including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination approved dumping point etc. complete with all lifts and lead outside MD Land 1 to 2 KM distance, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
