Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal (IS 655-2006 with latest amendments) rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of thermal insulated flexible duct of 200mm dia duly supported at regular interval as per site requirement etc. complete as required as per specifications.

Supply of pre-filter with efficiency MERV-8 ready to fit condition for the running AHU units in the terminal as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Filters shall be sized for air velocity of 500fpm.

Supply of fine filter with efficiency MERV-14 ready to fit condition for the running AHU units in the terminal as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Filters shall be sized for air velocity of 500fpm.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

ITC of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing in position the following medium class MS pipe to required length and installed with screw joints including the necessary fittings duly insulated with 19 mm thick Class 'O' Nitrile Rubber Insulation and as per specifications.

Supply of following capacities Hi Wall split AC unit (5-star rating - Inverter type), Copper Condensing unit (Outdoor Unit) with fan and High Energy Efficiency Ratio compressor, with cordless remote controller and operating on 220V ± 10% supply, with all its accessories etc., as per manufacturer standard and as per specifications, complete as required. The supply of unit shall include initial charge of R32 gas etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4.0TR Tower AC unit (with latest BEE star rating available if any) Copper Condensing unit (Outdoor Unit) with fan and High Energy Efficiency Ratio compressor, with cordless remote controller and operating on Single/Three phase AC supply, and all its accessories etc., as per manufacturer standard and as per specifications, complete as required. The supply of unit shall include initial charge of R32/R410a gas etc. complete as required.

ITC of following capacities Hi Wall split AC unit/Tower AC/Cassette AC unit by making required outdoor support structure as per site requirement i/c balancing of Liquid & Gas, Gas charging the system with refrigerent if any extra gas required due to increase in length of Copper piping, including covering the Copper piping with nitrile rubber insulation as per specifications, complete as required including Lifting / Shifting of Outdoor & Indoor units upto site location.

Supply, Laying and connecting of OEM recommended size copper refrigerent Piping (Liquid and Gas) with Nitrile Rubber insulation of thickness not less than 13mm including required power cable with all other necessary accessories suitable for connecting indoor & outdoor Hi Wall split AC units as per site requirement. (Length of Liquid, gas line, power cable will be measured as single measurement).

Supply and laying PVC pipe of suitable size for condensate water drain for additional requirement for AC units i/c necessary clamps, screws, supports etc. complete, as per site requirement.

Supply of Portable Aircoonditioning unit, 1.5 TR, copper condensor, operating on 220V ± 10% supply, with all its accessories etc., as per manufacturer standard and as per specifications, complete as required.

Providing man power to attend any urgent / emergency work as and when required as per site requirement of AAI.

Supply & fixing of min. 5mm thick fabricated rain protection cover made of FRP material for Cooling Tower Fan Motors as per site requirement including all the neccessary supports, channels and accessories required for mounting the protection cover. Motors are physically located on the top of cooling towers in the T2 HVAC plant.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of min. following capacities Inline Fans (Cabinet type Double skin) operating on single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply for installing in existing toilet exhaust ducts in vertical or horizontal position by cutting the existing duct and installing the inline fan betwen the ducts including duct reducer/expander, Canvas, threaded rod, anchor fastener, nuts & bolts etc complete as per site requirement. Quoted price shall be inclusive of starter panel if any with cabling between starter panel and fan. The fan shall have low sound level exceeding not more than 55 decibels at three metre distance.

Supply & fixing of GI backdraft damper for installing in the existing toilet exhaust fan including cutting and installtion as per site requirement complete as required.

Execution of item of Schedule of Rates "CPWD DSR/DAR 2022 (E&M)" as and when required for attending breakdown, repair & maintenance and upkeep of E&M installations as per directions of E-I-C at different locations of operational and non-operational area, complete as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only including price escalation for 01 year for the job coressponding to an amount of Rs. 3,00,000.00 (excluding GST from DSR/DAR 2022) and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.
