Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for Drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match with Type B1 1:2:4 (Using 20 mm graded graded crushed granite stone aggregate), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in foundation,surface drain, wall, mass concrete and retaining wall etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (Using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in manhole, septic tank , filter bed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed, Secunderabad type well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.8 above but except stones (serviceable stones obtained from dismantling shall be made use of under this item).

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) surface channels and drian as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in/ filling under floors wherever required including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain Cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, sub base, floor finish etc, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation below interlocking paver tile, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60 mm thickness Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size fixing with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Forming construction (dummy) joints 65 mm x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of demolished building materials etc considering as 0.68 cum as one load such as concrete to approved dumping yard by GHMC to a distance of 10KM or beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of bushes, small branches of small trees and removing where directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- but except bricks (Bricks obtained from item No.4) in good condition to be reused) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600mm and weight of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 9.0 kg and one coil (50 spiral) shall not be stretched to more than 6.0 mt blade shall be 0.50mm thick galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-chager.

Fixing in repairs of existing concertinal coil fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Fixing only of Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white washing, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post/struts (steel/ RCC/wooden) of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, (post embedded in cement concrete/natural ground) all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (Using 40 mm graded graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, surface drain, wall, mass concrete and retaining wall etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ents and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (gde E-165)

Supply & fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply ony Chain link of size MS galvanised fencing any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth and preparation of new untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 90mm to 110mm spacing and straing and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incluing securing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Fixing in repairs restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 100mm spacing all as specified.
