Taking down cement plaster of any description, any type, from concrete, brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. & removing debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs slab with & including screed bed complete & taking down all demolished material at Ground level & removing from site etc complete. Note: Rate includes cleaning of roof slab without damaging of existing roof treatment complete.

Demolition of Mud on roof slab, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof & grass etc complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Rate including for breaking up and taking up or down mud phuska with all necessary precautions for the protection of existing building and keep down dust/debrises without any nuisance. (ii) Rate included for taking down all demolished material at ground level. (iii) Rate includes the cleaning of roof slab without disturbing of existing roof treatment

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as PCC as in kerbs, PCC padding as on roof slab any thickness with plastering etc including taking down demolished material at ground floor complete all as specified and as directed. Notes (i) Rate including for breaking up and taking up or down PCC padding with all necessary precautions for the protection of existing building and keep down dust/debrises without any nuisance. (ii) Rate included for all necessary services for ease of work for ground plus 3 storey building like Mechanical Tools and Mechanical suspended platform for height up to 15 m)

Removal of all debris obtained from srl item No 3 & 4 upto 15 Km lead outside the Cabinet Sectt Bldg premises and dumped as per order of Delhi Govt/ Local civic body/ NGT as applicable including loading, dumping and leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC sub base, roof padding, Gola, etc including cleaning the surface by wire brushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or stone masonry wall surface & roof slab, finish even & smooth without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Providing water proofing treatment using 3mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane over and including a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg / Sqm over roof and finishing the treatment with one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane (An overlap of 75mm & 100mm shall be provided on sides & ends respectively) complete at upto ground plus three storied building all as specified & as directed. Notes:- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of primer, APP membrane & bitumen coat. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane.

M&L for coloured cement concrete roof tiles area of tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 22-25 mm thick laid in roof over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in epoxy tile grout of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces etc all specified on external surfaces.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair aluminium sheet 0.71mm thick fixed with screws/ fastners and moulding (at crumple joint) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing walls and roof without disturbing the structure of conference hall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of 50mm thick Puff insulated wall panels be made out of PPGI Profield sheet (0.4mm) PPGI plain sheet (0.4mm) in side between 40mm thick composite puff panels duly secured using screw with epdm washers and further sealed with silicon ruuber for added water protection complete all as specified and as directed. S&F as in repair mineral fibre ceiling boards 15 mm thick, 600 mm x 600 mm size including grid 25 x 25 x 1.6 mm thick GI powder coated wall angles and 25 x 35 x1.6mm size T runner suspended at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross T runner of 25 x 35 x 1.6mm size suspended at 600 mm centre to centre supported by 4 mm dia GI wire from roof/ slab including wall angle and T with interlocking arrangement as required for framing grid suitable for module size 600 mm x 600 mm ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.
