M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding levelling etc and roof kerbs.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment for roof by applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner in 1:3 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying 2 coats of solvent based Polyurethane liquid applied membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sqm (each coat), 2nd coat should be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely all as specified and directed. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of waterproofing treatment under this item for a periof of 10 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period. Taking down ceiling fan of any size carefully, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store for servicing including supply, replacing bearings/bushings, capacitor and terminal connector including capacitor holder suitable for any model of existing fan, Painting of ceiling fans complete, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust etc and Hanging ceiling fan in its existing or new location and connecting up including provision of 3core flexible copper conductor cable 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose or connector to fan and testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
