Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep and area not exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 ton power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using not mix plant & mechanical paver completea all as specified and as directed. `

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly evenaly a priming/tack coat with butuminous primer (paving bitumen) at 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Soling (or sub base) 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm conssolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profilr shoe, glass beads dispensar, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, lobour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt,seals , oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as specified and directed. Note : Thickness 2.5mm shall be exclusive of glass bends as per IRC : 35

M & L for continuous brick eadging, with width equal to the depth of the neck of the brick, laid dry, on edge with burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' brick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radious, built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan any radious in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in Benching coping etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stairecase railings and similar work incuding attached pillasters, buttresses etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under-reamed compelete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in walls, retaining wall, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters compelete all as specified and directed.

S & F for TMT steel bars 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm greded aggregate) precast concrete slan as in cover slab set in CM (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for brocken stone boulders as in hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 300mm bore, Cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after the are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 300mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) on in foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, but making good buy applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, plinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly evenaly a priming/tack coat with butuminous primer (paving bitumen VG 30) at 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
