Construction of RCC head wieir structure of 15.00 Metres in length and 3.00 Mtrs height to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in charge. (As per details given in data sheet No. 1). i/c design, drawing & vetting complete in all respect.
Designing, Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 1.30 MLD capacity consiting of Civil works including Laboratory, Mechnical, Electrical and Instrumental Works including necessary hydraulic testing ,structural testing,equipment testing. The components such as site development,C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Fencing,Breast walls upto battery limits of WTP, Dewatering, Approach Road, Inter-connecting Path, Walkway, Storm Water Drains, Scouring arrangement, Beautification including all alied Works complete as directed by engineer in charge. The Laboratory as per CPHEEO Manual shall be established at the WTP where separate Building for the same shall be constructed to house the laboratory equipment, office record including Furniture, office Computer complete in all respects. Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Data Sheet No.2)

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of MS pipe bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2007 (X-70,X- 52,,A Grade L-485,L-360,L-210) of following mentioned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736 with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of welds conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge. Schedule A3- Pumping Machinery and Electrical works
Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning with automation (To be paid separately) of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti or of approved make by JSV (list attached) as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon or of approved make by JSV (list attached) and suitable for operation on 415(+/-15 ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge.(Refer to Data Sheet No, 5)

Providing, laying and jointing, testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes of following dia (screwed and socketed ), ISI marked, conformining to IS :1239 (latest with upto date ammendments) including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).Tolerance is as per relavent IS Code.
Providing and fixing of following dia brass full way wheel valve as per IS:778 CL- 1 screwed of superior quality with in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
Manufacturing and supplying of wheel valve M.S. chamber of size 450x450x600mm at M.S.plate 2mm thick duly welded with angle iron of 35x35x4mm thick and also providing extra length of 250mm of same angle (as tee) in the bottom of all four legs for embeding in cement concrete and top opening will provide also providing hole on three sides of chamber for crossing of different size of pipes as satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w Pumping machinery & other units (as per Technical Specifications given in Vol-II & data sheet No.8) Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the Competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work . Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (Refer data sheet No.8)
Schedule A6- Disinfection
Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing of vaccum operated, pressure feed gaseous Chlorinator of Toshcon ,Capital ,PENWALT(USA)/ECOCHLOR (USA) / ENCHLOR (USA)/Jasco (USA) make for chlorination of water by direct feeding to conveyance main from MBR-1, MBR-2 and water chlorination directly in MBR-3 consisting of the following components in all leads and lifts as specified below. ( Refer data sheet No.10)
Providing installation & commissioning of gaseouos type fully vaccum chlorination system having 0-1.0 kg per hour chlorine gas feeding capacity of Toshcon ,Capital , PENWALT(USA) / ECOCHLOR (USA) / ENCHLOR (USA)/Jasco (USA) make. The system shall have vacuum regulator with inbuilt Filter and Pressure Gauge, in-built Measuring Glass with dose rate adjuster, Vacuum ejector, ejector Non Return Valve, 4.0 m long PE tubing (As Vacuum and Vent tubing), 32 mm Spanner, Ammonia Solution etc. in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Chlorine Gas Injector
Providing installation & commissioning single phase monoblock pump 1.5 to 3.0 HP of required discharge capacity with Motor of Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves make with common steel fabricated base frame duly grouted at site including starter and cabling including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge
Providing installation & commissioning of ISI marked PVC pipe & fittings, ball valves, Lead washers, O-Rings, G.I. pipe and fitting for installation and grouting of steel stand for ejector of gaseous type chlorination system complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge
Providing & Installation of gas filled chlorine gas cylinder of 100 kg capacity as per BIS standard duly certified by the petroleum and explosive safety organization Govt. of India for filling of chlorine gas required for the scheme including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and Supplying of Safety kit
Trial run after completion of the work for a period of three months where in the required labour & material shall be provided by the bidder and energy charges shall be born by the JSV during the trial run The scheme shall be run at the ultimate design water requirement for a minimum 90 days as per term & condition of NIT.

Providing and installation of House connections with 15mmm dia G.I Pipe (Light Class) with average length of 30 meter including laying, Jointing and Testing in trenches, screwed and socketed as per IS:1239 incl. all kind of tube fitting such as G.I Elbow, G.I Tees, G.I Sockets, G.I Unions, G.I Nipples,bib cock and 6mm ferrule connections complete in all respects for minimum 2380 house connections to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.
