Supply and installation of Chemical Earthing of depth 9 meter and 150mm dia bore hole carried out with help of boring machine and copper bonded electrode rod of size 20mm dia consisting of rod 209 CBR ( 250 microns ) and low resistive compound (CONDUCTOLITE) to be filled around electrode of quantity 150 Kgs for each electrode and interconnecting the existing earth pits with 25x3mm copper strip including welding/ brazing the copper strip as per site required quantities, and completing the earth pit of size 400x400x400mm and 100mm thick made with PCC 1:3:6 with 20 mm aggregate B-1 type and necessary pit cover 80mm thick with lifting hook, civil work i.e. excavation including boring, chamber and PCC cover with pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of excavation, copper earth strip of required length, earth pit is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of Three phase automatic /servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 200 kVA conforming to IS 9815 for automatic operation, three phase , Oil type ONAN Cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second, suitable for both unbalanced / balanced supply & unbalanced / balanced loads, Automatic Controlling / Regulating of Voltage Comprising Auto Transformer, Buck & Boost Transformer(Copper Wound with New Filtered & Dehydrated Transformer conforming to IS 335 ), Servo Motor, Auto Controlled Solid State Control Circuit (suitable for supply from D.G. Sets also) and other Fittings & Accessories as under: Voltmeter (0-300 V) to read input/output voltage per phase, Mains/Low/High limit Indicators, Manual Increase/Decrease Push Switch, Auto/Manual mode control switch and output adjustment. Note : - (a)The quoted rate is inclusive of Platform/ foundation as recommended by OEM , transportation cost , loading/unloading , erection , testing and commissioning. Supply and fix in in replacement ON Load Change over switch 415V 4 pole 200 Amps in sheet metal enclosures with cable gland, auxiliary switch and spreader links as applicable to frame size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for XLPE insulated, 3.5 Core, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross-Sectional Area 120 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 25×4mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including 20 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 40 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth strip and etc.. including testing on completion ,PCC chambers as shown in electrical plate No.3 in SSR 2009 Part I Specification, in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab as shown in electrical plate No.3 in SSR 2009 Part I Specification 30mm thick with 6 mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wire mesh ,funnel, lugs and charcoal, salt etc all as applicable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lay earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of galvanised steel earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm including taking down old unserviceable GI earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.
