Part A: Pvement 1st

Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, soft and hard rock including chiselling, wedging out of rock and blasting, if required and saturated soil and their intermediate classification in all heights and depths including dressing, trimming and compacting the cut formation in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross fall complete as per MORD specifications.

Const. of embankments with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5 Mtrs. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with all leads and lifts (Tech. specification clause 300.5. clause 301.50) incl. Haulage of material.

Part B: Pvement 2nd

Granular sub-base :- Granular sub-base / base / surface course with local nallah/quarry materials (Table 400.13)by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers manually on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(Including all leads lifts).

Scarifying existing deteriorated bituminious surface and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per technicalspecification clause 301.4.

Providing laying compacting stone agg, to specific size of Wet Mix Maccadam specification including pre mixing the material with waterat OMC in mechanical mixer ( Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100 KN, weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricading and maintenance of diversion,etc per tables 400.11 and 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. By Mechanical means with 1 km lead.

Prime Coat :- Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(Low Porosity) (Including all leads lifts).

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(Including all leads lifts).

Providing & laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level & alignment & rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification clauses 504.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required time, grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared bed, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KV static roller capacity, finished to required grade and camber as per technical specification clause 508. By mechanical means. Bitumen (S-90).

Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) By Mechanical Means Type B Bitumen Viscosity VG grade 10 (Including all leads lifts).

Construction of Subgrade Earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from Borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with all sorts of leads and lifts as per TS Clause 303.1

Part C: Protection Works

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil incl. dewatering of trenches and diverting of Nallah wherever necessary. complete Job

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC grade M-10 (nominal mix 1:3:6).

Random rubble Stone masonary in cement mortor in foundation complete as per drawing and specification clause 702,704,1202 & 1203. i) Random Rubble masonry dry (Stone brought from source)

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 Granular Material.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia Black Anealed wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS :4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh(woven diagonally) including 10% extra for labs and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg each as per drawing and techincal specification clause 1301.

Part D: Cross Drainage

Providing concrete for reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 RCC grade M-25 including Haulage of material involved.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 M-15 grade.

Supply, fitting and placing T.M.T bar reinforcement in super structure complete conforming to (Fe 415) as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002,1010 & 1202.including haulage of material involvd ,with all leads and lifts.

Stone masonry in cement mortor 1:5 mix sub -stracture complete as per drawing & technical specification clause 702,704,1202 & 1204. i) R.R.Masonry in Dry (Stone brought from source)

Providing and laying 250mm dia MS Pipe nominal bore conforming to 1.5 3589 of 1991 having 4.85mm wall thickness with 0.75% tolerance with weight of 32-08Kg per Mtr. And length of 6Mtr each for cross drainage embedded in trench by excavating earth and refilling of available earth cutting including carriage of pipe at site (complete job)

Part F: Road Furniture

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS Plate of 1.6mm thick. Top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X 5m size on back edges. The lower plates duly welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2Nos. 75mm x 75m of SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade blocks 450mm x450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per 1RC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification rectro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of encapsulated lense type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmx600mm , 600mm below ground level as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1701
