Dismantling/Disconnecting all the glycol connection of CHS motors draining all the glycol from the over head tank including glycol in the pipes filtered the unseviceable glycol in the Brls and put mudy glycol in the tank dug away from the CHS Plant. Descaling all the glycol pipes with water and mixture of acid (20 % acid and 80% water)remove all the mud partcles By making suitable drain in the pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dimantling/disconnecting all the electrical and pipe connection from the unserviceable Glycol circulating motor of 7.5/3.5 HP . Taking the motor to the authorised workshop at leh winding the same with copper wire of same size and turns including varnishing . shifting the same to the installation and fixing at the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Cast iron gun metal butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast) class PN-I.6, conforming to IS : 13095 / BS: 5155 with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel non rising type including jointing material complete such as rubber or fibre board insertion packing rings with requisite numbers of nuts, bolts & washers etc including taking out existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed. Taking up or down old unserviceable GI/PPR tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing where required and cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following sizes :-

Servicing to fan coil units of capacity 4500 Kcal/hr/ 3000 K Cal/hr wall/ floor mounted type, cleaning the filter , top grill, side panels, copper tube aluminum finned coil, centrifugal fan etc adjusting the inlet outlet valves, including PVC Pipe , union and wall valves whichever is reqd arresting the leakage if any, every two months servicing to inner units all as directed.

Supply, mixing and filling of mono Glycol concentrate along with necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition and sealed in barells. The mixture freezing temperature shall be (-) 35 degree Centigrade , all as specified . The mode of payment and operation involved for this item shall be as under:- Note: (a) Mono Ethylene Glycol in concentrated from shall only be measured and paid under this item. (b) Material and labour for mixing, filling, preparation for Glycol charge to get the total quantity of mixture including first filling required for operation of CHS plant and network having 40% quantity of treated water available at site and 60% of mono ethylene glycol supplied as above to attain the freezing temperature of mixtures as (-35 degree Centigrade). The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the above provision. (c) The water for preparation of mixture will be supplied by MES without any extra charges for this item. The water shall be supplied at appoint decided by GE and quoted rates shall deemed to be included for transportation of same from the take off point . (d) Any other additives and inhibitors as per the requirement laid down in relevant IS shall also deemed to included in quoted rates. (e) Empty barells shall be property of MES.
